sorry you need a new rad, you can still get myson rad, not cheap but you can get them

you could try, turn both valves off on the rad, drain the system, do the work, refill bleed other rads get system working Then open the two valves again, with a bit of luck there will be no air in the rad so it will work fine.

result! called myson and they are sending out wee screw, just got to get the old one out now!
The more recent Mysons have a completely removable air vent, thus a simple job, but you probably have the older one with the bushing welded in. That is nearly impossible to remove a broken screw & if you try drilling it, you risk damaging the part the needle point of the screw seals to, or the threads. Bit of an engineering job! If you wanted to do it cheap & easy you could always drill & tap it for a larger brass bolt & ptfe the bolt.

Thats awesome fellers. I have had few properties that hold bleed valves all ground away o old rads. That is a nify little prodct

Will look nice about half way up in the middle of rad :smartass2:
could get you out a hole worth having on the van depending on their cost though

I'm not sure I could trust it not to weep. They've got a demo video coming soon so I'll keep an eye on their site.
